My practice is divided into two categories: Actor Training/ Coaching and Life/ Performance Coaching. In both avenues I facilitate individuals to push beyond their perceived limitations and expand the possibilities available to them.

My physical practice is based in London, England. However, I teach workshops internationally and facilitate some of my international coaching clients on Skype or Facetime.

I currently teach, and have taught, acting and movement at some of the top drama schools in London. These include Arts Ed, Rose Bruford College, Mountview and Central School of Speech and Drama.
Outside of these institutions, actors/ performers can work with me in one of two ways: individual coaching or in group workshops.
My unique body of work, Emoti Core Training™, is founded in my personal philosophy on acting and years of experience training and working with performers. My approach is a synthesis of the work of the many practitioners that I have studied over the years. These include Lecoq, Laban, Meisner, Stanislavsky and Anne Bogart's Viewpoints.
The focus is to help you, the actor, expand your physical and vocal expressive range, whilst helping you explore your individual relationship to 'truth' and 'presence'.
As a result of our work together, you will be more believable, more uninhibited, more confident, have greater range and ultimately be more powerful and more successful in your craft.
As a performance coach, I work with speakers and leaders to help them become more effective communicators. My background as an actor, director and trainer of actors, has afforded me a unique perspective and a proven approach to helping individuals combat stage fright and monopolize on the power of their physical presence and vocal abilities.
Each individual brings a unique set of talents and opportunities to the table. As their coach I focus on how we can mine these talents for all they're worth, whilst honing new skills through strengthening their areas of opportunities.
I offer full and half-day trainings around 'Embodied Leadership' and 'Embodying Your Message'.
